The book reviews the current state of the centers for Armenian Studies that operate outside Armenia. They are reviewed in geographical distribution in four large regions of the world: America, Europe, Middle East and ex-Soviet countries. The backgrounds of establishment of centers for Armenian Studies abroad, their role in the life of Armeniancy and their main directions of activities are presented. The current problems that the centers for Armenian Studies in foreign countries face and the ways to solve them are discussed.
08.12.2014 DIASPORA’S STANDPOINTS ON REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA GEOPOLITICAL ORIENTATIONS
The book presents the standpoints of some Diaspora media and Armenian experts regarding important geopolitical orientations of Armenia. The contents of articles directly related to RoA integration processes in the studied Diaspora media were analyzed in terms of ideologized constructs (ideologemes), as well as the quantitative ratios and qualitative characteristics of the emotional overtones / attitudes towards these ideologemes. The opinions of Armenian intellectuals and experts from various geographical parts of the Diaspora were studied via distance surveys.

Based on the Our Victories four-volume publication by the Noravank Foundation, the book (10Mb, in Armenian) concisely presents the 5000 years old Armenian military history. Description of some 100 wars and battles can be found in the book, from Patriarch Hayk’s battle against Bel to the Artsakh War.

The monograph represents an attempt to explore issues related to Islam in internal and external policies of Azerbaijan. The role of Islam in the country’s societal, political and social life, peculiarities of “Azerbaijani Islam”, external Islamic influences (especially Turkish, Iranian and Arab) and their significance in Azerbaijan, as well as support from Organisation of Islamic Cooperation to Azerbaijan in relation to the Karabakh conflict are covered in general terms.
02.04.2014 ARMENIA AND THE CUSTOMS UNION: IMPACT OF ACCESSION
This report provides the assessment of the macroeconomic impact of Armenia joining the Customs Union. Quantitative analysis has demonstrated that, as a result of integration with the CU, the additional growth in Armenian GDP will approximate 4%.
05.02.2014 “NORAVANK” FOUNDATION’S SUMMARY REPORT FOR 2013 AND WORK PLANS FOR 2014
In 2013 three reports on CSTO and Customs Union were published with participation of the Noravank Foundation (see Annex 1), five international conferences and seminars were organized together with partners (see Annex 2). Four books (see Annex 3) were published, as well as 24 journals, of which 12 issues of “21st CENTURY” and 12 issues of “Globus” (total 49 books, 251 issues of journals and special issues were published by Noravank since inception), and also 76 articles were published (see Annex 4).
